Please note: WET is currently concentrating all its efforts on the campaign against the expansion of the Kaunertal power plant, so by “joining in” you’ll be joining us in fighting this campaign specifically.
Innsbruck
We meet regularly in Innsbruck to discuss topics and content, distribute tasks and plan new activities. Get in touch if you would like to join us!
Our banner campaign is also currently running in Innsbruck, with which we are making the Tyrol-wide protest against the Kaunertal expansion project visible. If you can hang up a banner in your area, please write to us!
Tirol / Upper Tirol
There are groups in several towns and villages that you can join. We are also looking for more people to start a group in their community. The pressure on the provincial government has to come from all over Tyrol, that’s the only way we can be successful.
We are also looking for people to hang protest banners on their houses and help us distribute stickers.

Even if you don’t live in Tirol, we still need your help!
You can support us by providing expertise, writing texts, organizing film screenings, assisting with media contacts, collecting donations at events, connecting us with other organizations or your sports community, bringing the issue to your local newspaper, gathering signatures for the petition, sharing content via social media, … the possibilities are endless.
